Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)
What is a CSA and why do I want one?
A CSA is a subscription service where you buy a "share" in our farm's crop before the season begins. This upfront purchase helps us with initial costs before the season kicks off and it guarantees you a weekly box of fresh produce for an allotted time when the season starts, usually in late spring.

In short, CSAs are a wonderful way to support your local farmer (us!) and to eat as seasonally and sustainably as possible. Yum.

Part of the fun of a CSA is receiving your box each week and seeing what surprises are inside! Because you are eating whatever is in season, sometimes you might receive a vegetable you're not used to cooking or eating, like kale or rhubarb. But never fear! Each week, we will include recipes and ideas about how to use the items in your share.

There is no greater joy for us as farmers than knowing the food we grow is going to feed and nourish our friends, family, neighbors and community. We love our CSA members!

Our long-term vision for our CSA program is to get people excited about eating well and shopping local, to engage our members in the journey of food from seed to plate (especially the next generation - kids even get their own CSA option this year!) and to offer affordable, nutritious food that is accessible to all (ask us about our different payment options!)
